PRODUCT CARE

For best results and to keep socks from fading, we recommend turning them inside out & washing with similar colored laundry in cold water and hang dry to prevent any possible shrinkage.  Do not use bleach, we recommend color boosting detergent.

 

RETURNS

 

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving original purchase. Socks must be unworn and in original packaging.

 

Due to health & sanitary reasons, returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn socks only.  Please email us for assistance in exchanging or returning items including defective items which will be replaced at no charge. Please check your items before wearing them.

 

For returns or exchanges on unwanted items, we are not responsible for shipping fees. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges for exchanges and will be invoiced for the additional fees.

 

For any concerns or issues with your order we urge you to please contact us via email first to get it resolved before you file a dispute with paypal as doing so will delay the process further. We are more than happy to fix any issues or answer any questions you may have. We pride ourselves on our customer service.

How long does it take for items to arrive? Depending on your location, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days after your orders has been processed.

 

 

What shipping method do you use?

 

All orders are shipped through USPS via First Class mail or Priority Mail, FedEx and Ups DHL.  We customize each pair on demand in the order in which we received them. Once processed, shipping may take 3-5 business days. If you would like your socks quicker, please contact us for additional shipping options.

 

 

Can I track my package?

 

Yes, once your order is shipped your tracking number will be sent to the email address on file.  Please be sure to check your spam folder. If you are having trouble locating your tracking number please feel free to contact us.  The tracking number confirms your delivery. Upper Echelon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to try to find a solution.

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your order, however if you may use it if you already have one.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

 

3-5 business days. We know you are excited to get your socks and show them off, but due to the high demand and each one is custom made to order. It can take up to 3-5 business days.  We make every effort to get your socks to you ASAP!

 

How secure are the purchase’s online?

 

We are PayPal Verified and we use PayPal for payment. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Please contact us if you have additional questions

 

 

Confirmed Address?

 

An address is confirmed if the buyer’s credit card billing address matches his or her shipping address. Confirmed addresses help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft. We prefer to ship to credit card billing address, however, we ship to optional address upon approval. We are not liable for shipments not received at optional addresses. Confirmed billing addresses help guard against stolen credit card cards and identity theft.  Please email us with any changes. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We prefer to ship to the credit card billing address.

We try and answer every email as quickly as possible. We will attempt to respond to your email during business hours. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays and also holidays. All emails during those days will be answered on the following business day.
